Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by the Chair. Community members, board members, and guests including representatives from law enforcement and local leadership were in attendance.
Topics Discussed
Illegal Dumping & Property Concerns
Discussion focused heavily on ongoing illegal dumping throughout the neighborhood, particularly near railroad areas, vacant lots, and condemned properties.
Concerns were raised regarding debris accumulation under the bridge and barriers near the railroad.
Residents discussed repeated incidents involving trucks dumping branches, construction debris, and waste on vacant properties.
It was noted that enforcement is difficult without direct evidence or witnesses.
